M.I.E.T. Institution has the top management system under the leadership of Founder Er. A. Mohamed Yunus, an Industrialist-cum-educationist as a chairman and a Philanthropist Alhaj. S. Hasan Mohamed as founder president. The Governing Body, constituted with eminent educationists, Industrialists, academicians and professionals as its members, guide and control the activities of the Institution. The management is also supported by the Planning and Monitoring Board in strategic planning process for effective management of the College. The team consists of nominated society members, eminent industrialist and eminent academicians, all of them have adequate technical background in advising and supporting the management in decision making. The planning and monitoring board constituted as per the norms laid down by Anna University. The top management will set vision, mission, and objective goals for the organization. Management periodically reviews the policies to monitor the progress for sustaining the present status and advise for continual improvement by incorporating committed concrete realistic methodologies. The organization has got decentralized organization structure delegating the role and responsibilities for the key positions. Performance analysis and reviews are periodically made through the bench marking for improvements and measures are taken to improve the situation.

All activities of the organization are related to its development, customer satisfaction, and Quality Management Systems, which include the courses offered by the college, students-the first line customers, the parents, industries, corporate and the society.
